Advertising rates
Charges for display advertisements are listed in the 2023 Wairakei Primary School Media Kit. Contact the office for a copy.
Booking a single advertisement
Call us on (07) 374 8035 or email to discuss or book an advertisement.
Accepting advertising copy
All advertisement copy must be approved by Wairakei Primary School before publication. We reserve the right to reject any advert or copy.
Indemnity
Your advertisement must comply with:
- Fair Trading Act 1986 and any of its amendments.
- Codes of Practice issued by the Advertising Standards Authority.
Advertisements are accepted on the condition that the advertiser indemnify the publisher and its staff against all actions, suits, claims, loss and/or damages resulting from anything published on your behalf.

Cancelled advertisements
If you cancel your booked advertisement up to 24 hours of the publication deadline, we will charge you 50% of the booking fee. Bookings cancelled after this time will be charged at the full rate.
Invoicing and payment
We’ll send you an invoice at the end of the month your advertisement is published. You have until the 20th of the following month to pay.
Overdue material
Advertisers/Sponsors need to send your advertisement and related material (such as artwork) to us before the print edition’s deadline. If we don’t receive your material by then, we will charge you for the advertising space booked.
Terms and conditions
All advertising is subject to Advertisers/Sponsors agreeing to the Wairakei Primary School Terms and Privacy Policy.
